- In the nose: In its olfactory phase gives us an intense green. Air of banana and apple. Vegetable shades, such as the artichoke and the tomato tree.
- In the mouth: In the mouth has a sweet, almond green, bitter and spicy entrance of medium intensity.

Coupling of hojiblanca, picuda and picual. Among its olive trees stand out centenary olive trees, and some millennia.
